Reverse 911 Information & Form - One of the many responsibilities of the Department of Emergency Services is to continually prepare for disasters, which may affect the citizens of Chester County.  One of the tools for notifying large sections of the County is the Reverse 9-1-1 system.  Reverse 9-1-1 is a computer based phone system that can make multiple calls and deliver a pre-recorded message to a specific area of the County.   Despite its name, Reverse 9-1-1 is not a function of typical 9-1-1 service.  The system was installed to assist the citizens by providing another means of getting important, but not critical information, to large groups in a short time.    

Ready Notify PA is a system that helps local officials in Southeastern Pennsylvania send emergency text alerts and other important notifications to you quickly. ReadyNotifyPA can send these to your cell phone, pager, BlackBerry, PDA and/or E-mail account. You decide how you’d like to be notified. These alerts are free; however, your cellular provider may charge for text messaging
