2010 Quarterly Billing Information

1st Quarter Invoice     Due: February 15th      Mailed 1st week In January
2nd Quarter Invoice    Due: May 31st              Mailed 2nd-3rd week In April 
                                                                     Metered Billing Program Begins
3rd Quarter Invoice     Due:  August 15th         Mailed 1st week In July
4th Quarter Invoice     Due:  November 15th    Mailed 1st week In October

There is a drop box slot for you to submit your payment after our normal operating hours, on weekends or holidays.  The drop box slot is located to the right hand side of the main entrance doors of the Township Administration Building located at 1580 Paoli Pike, West Chester, PA 19380. 

Please Note:   If you use the drop box and would like a receipt, you will need
                        to include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your payment.  

The Township does not accept cash as a form of payment since Janaury 2008 so please be sure not to submit cash for payment.
